Hot Pink Feathers!

The Hot Pink Feathers, a local samba dance troupe, performed at a benefit for the Conservatory of Vocal/Instrumental Arts in Oakland last Saturday. Some of the dancers’ children attend the school, and one of the accompanying musicians teaches there. The performance coupled a large, skilled band with the Feathers’ famous, scantily-clad dance routines.
