Number of undergraduate degrees given to Latino students at San Francisco State University

The number of Baccalaureate degrees given to Latino students at San Francisco State University has increased in ten years from 1998/1999 to 2007/2008. Latinos had its lowest number, 226, in 2000/2001 and spiked in 2007/2008 with 350 degrees granted. The data averages to about 276 degrees given. The number of Baccalaureate degrees given to Latinos is on the rise. What caused such an increase?
